The carnivore diet focuses on nutrient-dense animal-based foods like meat and healthy fats. It’s how mankind has been eating for hundreds of thousands of years, and tailored to provide energy, muscle-building nutrients, and optimal health benefits. If you have specific concerns, consult your doctor before starting (but remember he/she has had very little nutrional education ;-).
Absolutely! The program is adaptable to your current fitness level. Whether you’re starting fresh or leveling up, you’ll have the support and guidance to progress.
Life happens, and I get it. However, you’ll still have access to all program materials and the community support.
That’s where the brotherhood and coaching come in. You’ll have daily support through our WhatsApp group and personalised advice to help you power through tough times.
This program is designed to fit into busy schedules. You’ll need about 4-6 hours a week for workouts, plus time to prepare meals (which you would need anyway). The WhatsApp group and coaching calls are there to keep you motivated without overwhelming you.
Not necessarily. Bodyweight workouts via the Freeletics app require no equipment, although having simple equipoment such as a pull-up bar, resistance bands, and a foam roller will allow for a more diverse workout.
It’s a big shift, I know. That’s why I guide you through it step-by-step, with tips to tackle cravings and challenges. Most participants find the simplicity and results worth sticking to.
Depending on the severity, yes. I’ll work with you to adapt workouts to your needs. However, consult your healthcare provider to ensure it’s safe before starting.
