You’ll learn exactly how to adapt the carnivore lifestyle to support your hormones, metabolism, and energy during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. But these calls go far beyond food and workouts. This is a complete reset for your entire system.
We’ll look at your recovery, training, sleep quality, mood, digestion, skincare products, cookware, daily habits, and the small stressors that quietly impact your hormones. Everything that influences your health gets addressed.
This is practical, personalised coaching designed for real life, not unrealistic protocols that ignore how busy, complex, and demanding this stage of life can be. After every call, you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and simple steps you can implement immediately.

Your training plan is fully customised based on your life phase (perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause), your current fitness level, injuries, and personal schedule. Some weeks we focus on building strength, others on nervous system recovery, others on metabolic conditioning. We work with your cycle, not against it.
Yoga, mobility, walking, strength, and recovery all have a place, and I guide you through it step-by-step.
No extreme cardio. No overtraining. Just smart, sustainable training designed for your phase of life. And definitely no treadmill or endless jogging!

For women who want fully personalised support, one-on-one coaching offers direct, unlimited access to me. You won’t be navigating this alone or trying to figure things out through trial and error. Whether you’re facing hormonal shifts, weight plateaus, sleep issues, or emotional ups and downs, you’ll have real-time support whenever you need it.
If something feels off, you send me a message. If cravings hit or questions come up, I’ll help you adjust. If motivation dips, I’m there to keep you moving forward. Together, we’ll fine-tune every part of your plan as your body responds and changes.
You’ll have full WhatsApp access throughout the program, with no limit on how often you can reach out, except when I’m sleeping (22:00 to 08:00, even your coach needs recovery time).
