At 49, I hit a turning point.
I was tired of feeling flat, physically, mentally, emotionally.
I knew I had more in me, but I didn’t feel like myself anymore. So I made a decision: to stop guessing, start simplifying, and give my body what it was really asking for.

I shifted to a fully animal-based way of eating, clean, nutrient-rich, and deeply satisfying. I moved my body with intention, building strength through functional exercises that made me feel capable again, not just sore and worn down.
