Hi, I’m Patrick.
And like many of the people I now coach, I didn’t get to midlife feeling energised, strong, or in control of my health. Quite the opposite.

A few years ago, I was constantly tired. The weight was creeping on, my focus was fading, my joints were aching, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore. Every attempt to “fix it” left me more frustrated and more confused.

That changed when I stopped chasing trends and started listening to what the human body truly needs, especially in midlife. I simplified everything. I turned to real, nutrient-dense animal foods and built a fitness routine that was actually sustainable.

And it worked.

Now, at 51, I feel stronger, leaner, clearer, and more alive than I did in my 30s. But more importantly, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same, without overwhelm, extremes, or perfectionism.

I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a ME Fat Loss Coach, but titles aside, I’m someone who’s walked this road and knows what it takes to turn things around.

At 49, I hit a turning point.
I was tired of feeling flat, physically, mentally, emotionally.
I knew I had more in me, but I didn’t feel like myself anymore. So I made a decision: to stop guessing, start simplifying, and give my body what it was really asking for.
